Bossini is a very successful company regarding its corporate culture. They issued a guideline entitled “the bossini way” in 2002 to share it’s value, mission and vision to their staffs. Besides, they provide training programs to employees, promoting the “7 habits” and “7practise” in order to cultivate it’s corporate culture, that is really essential to keep a vibrant and energetic working environment within the company.
Due to the success of Bossini, eeVoices wanted to share their management strategies to others enterprises. Therefore, eeVoices organized “Bossini Company Site Visit – The 7 Habit Culture” on the October 27, 2011. We invited Dana Tse, Associate Director of Human Capital Development to be the host of this event. More than 20 HR professions from apparel industry participated in it.
During the visit, Dana shared her views on how to implement “seven habits” in her company. Besides, she leaded participants to have a office tour to see how these beliefs affect the working atmosphere inside the company.
