On October 29 & 30, Senior HR Forum has participated in the largest HR conference in Shenzhen – Shenzhen conference on International Exchange of Professionals.
The China HR industry has definitely been going through a lot of changes and development in the last few years. We have learnt a lot from the HR leaders and CEOs in China.
The event has incorporated a lot of new ideas, from recruitment, training to leadership.
Hundreds of job seekers and HR practitioners have visited our booth. We felt very delighted to be a member of this big show.
Nowadays, the HR practitioners in China are getting more and more strategic. We have spent a lot of time sharing with them about our insight but at the same time learning from each of these HR experts.
We also had the opportunity to interact with a lot of other overseas HR experts participating in this event.
This event is definitely one of the best where both HR experts from Mainland and overseas are participating.
The ceremony at night was both exciting and inspiring. The organizer of the event has given an inspiring speech about the vision of this event.
At the ceremony, we had the opportunity to speak with one of the speakers who has given a speech at the opening. He is now the Senior Director from Johnson and Johnson. He has flied back to China from US simply to participate for this event. He was definitely another great speaker and inspiring individual.
