On 31 July, 2010, eeVoices Senior HR Forum support a whole brain thinking workshop with graval. The speaker of the workshop is Pauline Wong.
Pauline’s workshop focuses on communication and team interactions and performance. It let the participants to have opportunity to improve both their work performance and their communication.
The workshop was successful that they learnt how to build effective teams; create an innovative business strategy to solve a revenue problem; and manage mergers and acquisitions in their organizations, etc.
The participants also acquired the knowledge of whole brain thinking. Whole brain thinking can help a team to acknowledge the differences among team members and then use those differences to make the most of the ideas of each team member.
