Besides, they provide training programs to employees, promoting the \u201c7 habits\u201d and \u201c7practise\u201d in order to cultivate it\u2019s corporate culture, that is really essential to keep a vibrant and energetic working environment within the company.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the success of Bossini, eeVoices wanted to share their management strategies to others enterprises. Therefore, eeVoices organized \u201cBossini Company Site Visit &#8211; The 7 Habit Culture\u201d on the October 27, 2011. We invited Dana Tse, Associate Director of Human Capital Development to be the host of this event. More than 20 HR professions from apparel industry participated in it.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, Dana shared her views on how to implement \u201cseven habits\u201d in her company.
