Introduction
Are you a creative problem-solver? Do you typically approach a problem from many perspectives or opt for the same old solution that worked in the past? This workshop will provide the participants with skills that will allow them to understand and apply the process of creativity. Further, they will practice tools that can greatly enhance creativity and effectiveness in problem solving. With hands-on practices on creativity tools, exercises, and group discussion, it helps participants solve old problems in new ways.

Participants in this workshop will learn :
- How to blend lateral thinking and rational thinking in solving problems
- How to adopt a deliberate thinking process for solving problems and finding opportunities
- How to assess current situation and to identify key areas for improvements
- How to diagnose root cause(s) so as not to waste time in fixing symptoms
- How to address old problems from new ways, view all sides of a situation and see beyond the obvious
- How to generate unconventional ideas, to relate the unrelated and break from “that’s the way it’s always done” thinking
- How to select the best solution to eliminate problems and apply decision making tools for reaching team consensus
- How to facilitate dynamic and interactive meetings and encourage team involvement in solving the problem collaboratively
- How to master and apply a range of powerful techniques for solving problems creatively.
