This is the first session of the Asia Pacific Leadership and HR Best Practice Forum 2014. There will be a total of 4 sessions across Asia Pacific in 2014: Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Singapore.

Background screening has become a growing trend in China. According to a research completed by eeVoices, a leading pre-employment screening organization in Asia Pacific, 30% of respondents including local graduates have admitted in exaggerating in their resume to obtain their current job. This was a tea gathering hosted by Francis Wong, Chairman of Senior HR Forum, together with a group of experienced HR practitioners in Shanghai to discuss the latest HR best practices and candidate screening trend.

China employment law and related regulations were discussed, led by several local lawyers with HR practitioners sharing about their current situation.

Conference on June 10, 2011 talking about talent acquisition, miniage wage and employee engagement.

On October 29 & 30, Senior HR Forum has participated in the largest HR conference in Shenzhen - Shenzhen conference on International Exchange of Professionals. The China HR industry has definitely been going through a lot of changes and development in the last few years. We have learnt a lot from the HR leaders and CEOs in China.

On 28 August, 2010, eeVoices co-organize with Graval a workshop for C-Level Officer, Business Unit Head, HR Director and Sales Director.

On 23 March, eeVoices Limited, FlexSystem Limited and Graval Limited Hosted the Senior HR Forum inviting executives of different industries to share their views about talent acquiring.

On 22nd January 2010, eeVocies Middlesex University, Flexsystem, Organizational Learning Consultancy Ltd. and SeniorHRForum co-organized an event inviting executives of the town.

On 21 Auguest 2009, eeVoices, FlexSystem and the Centre for Executive Development and Corporate Training (CEC) of HKU Space co-organized an event on how leaders of this generation equip themselves for the unique challenges nowadays.
